About Eli Garritt Davis

Proud father of four and fourth-generation veteran, Eli is one of the founders of the Property Center. His 14-year career has given him extensive experience in sales and management of acquisitions and investment properties, commercial properties, and single- and multi-family homes. He also specializes in business development and strategic growth.

As co-founder and managing partner, Eli says, “I am always trying to improve our process to make it as efficient, scalable, and customer-friendly as possible. My goal is to bring the best customer experience to all of our clients.”

Eli recognizes that a high level of professionalism is necessary to provide the quality service the Property Center is known for. He is proud to guarantee that kind of professionalism from the group’s employees and agents so that clients know they will always be taken care of.

Eli has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with minors in finance and real estate from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is currently working on his CCIM designation and CPM.

He is a member of various professional associations such as the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium, National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA).

In his free time, Eli enjoys golfing, hunting, shooting, traveling, reading, and sporting events, especially OU football. Most of all, he loves playing with his children.
